This post features a plethora of photos taken at the Manggahan Festival this past April in Guimaras. A celebration of the mango is held annually at this island province which has a total population of around 153,000. That’s not including dogs, cats, carabaos, cows and lizards. Life in the province is set at Filipino Time regardless of a new law recently signed by President Aquino.
